Lessons

Active package section

Lessons in stock: lessons that are available in your current package.

Use lessons before: use lessons in stock before this date.

Total packages: the number of packages that have unused lessons.

All available lessons: All available lessons from all packages.

How to book a lesson

  1. Choose a convenient date for your lesson. NOTE: the date of your lessons cannot be earlier than 2 days from the current day.
  2. Click the ‘Add a lesson’ button
  3. Choose a convenient time for your lesson (NOTE: the displayed time is in your time zone. You can always change your time zone in the upper section)
  4. Click the ‘apply’ button
  5. Wait for the admin to approve your lesson (this might take up to 1 business day)
  6. After it is approved, you will receive a notification and a link to the lesson

Lesson statuses

Gray: the lesson is not approved

Green: the lesson is approved

Red: missed lesson

Orange: the lesson was modified and needs your approval (you will see the flame sign in your calendar)

Notifications

You will receive notifications by email and in your account. Notifications are displayed in the top right corner (the bell icon).

If the bell is orange, you have a new, unread notification. Press on the notification to read. Press x to delete.

Time zone

Check your time zone in the upper left corner. If it is not correct, you can always change it. Mouse over it, choose the correct time zone and press the ’OK’ button.

Contact us

If you have any questions you can always contact us.

Calendar export

You can export your calendar and sync it with your devices. You can easily sync with Google, Outlook or any other calendar. The calendar is exported as a .ics file.

Payments

Payment methods

We provide convenient packages with 1, 10 and 25 lessons. The best solution is to book a 25 lesson package. In that case, the price per lesson is only 24 euro!

After you add the package to your cart, you can pay online with your card (lessons will be added to your stock immediately after payment is confirmed) or with bank transfer (you have 24 hours after the invoice is generated).

Payment information

You can find all your payment history in the ‘Payment’ menu tab.

There you can find information about packages you’ve booked, the date of purchase, total amount, payment method and status, as well as a section for downloading bank invoices. You can filter the rows by date.

Profile

Your Profile

In the ‘Profile’ tab you can insert a profile picture, change your name and surname, and change your email and password.

Changing your email address

If you want to change your email address, go to the ‘Profile’ tab, click on the ‘change email’ button, write the new email, and press the ‘enter email’ button. Then we’ll email you a code; paste it into the same field where the email was and press the ‘enter the code from email’ button. Success!

  • Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04; Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
  • No application support is available for Linux. Users on Linux can attend meetings in a browser.

Mobile

  • The Adobe Connect app for iOS and Android requires Adobe Connect Server version 8.2 or later
  • Some features may not be enabled in all Adobe Connect meetings if one is using an Adobe Connect Server older than version 9.4.2 (required for Custom pods)
  • Google Android 4.4 or later
  • Apple iOS: iOS 8.1.2 or later

Additional requirements

  • Bandwidth: 512 Kbps for participants, meeting attendees, and end users of Adobe Connect applications.
  • Connection: DSL/cable (wired connection recommended) for Adobe Connect presenters, administrators, trainers, and event and meeting hosts.
  • Adobe Connect account management by Meeting Hosts, Event or Webinar Managers, Virtual Classroom Managers, and Administrators requires Adobe Flash Player 13 or higher.
